While we still don't know who will be the main event for UFC 205, the rest of the card is falling into place. Former UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler will step into the octagon for the first time since losing his belt when he faces Donald Cerrone in New York on Nov. 12, Dana White said per CBS Cleveland.

Lawler lost his belt to Tyron Woodley at UFC 201 in July by first-round knockout. Cerrone is coming off of a knockout of Rick Story in August at UFC 202. "Cowboy" is riding a three-fight win streak since moving to 170 pounds, all coming via knockout.

It's a quick turnaround for Lawler, who received a 45-day medical suspension following his KO loss. He was pushing White to get him back in the octagon as quickly as possible. Cerrone had a pretty great response to that.

Lawler could realistically get back into welterweight title contention with a win, but there appears to be a line building for a shot at Woodley with former champ Georges St-Pierre, Nick Diaz and Stephen Thompson all expressing interest in a bout.
