On a card that featured a number of submission victories, Jimi Manuwa scored the knockout of the night in Manchester, England, with his brutal stoppage of Ovince Saint Preux at UFC 204.
Manuwa dropped the first round after trying to wrestle with Saint Preux, but adjusted and went with a striking approach for the second round. He battered Saint Preux, ultimately finishing him with a huge right hand that staggered Saint Preux up against the cage and then Manuwa patiently waiting on an opening to fire a left hook the knocked Saint Preux out cold.
Saint Preux was out long before he hit the canvas, crumpling over his left leg as the ref dove in to put a stop to the fight.
