Predictably, after Kevin Durant decided to leave Oklahoma City for Golden State, the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook list the Warriors as the favorites to win the 2017 NBA championship.
The Warriors have been the favorites to win the 2017 championship since late May, but now with Durant on their roster, Golden State's odds to win are even greater. According to Westgate, the Warriors are listed at No. 1 on their list with a 2-3 line (they were 3-2 before Durant) and the Cleveland Cavaliers are second at 5-2.
Unsurprisingly, after losing Durant, the Thunder are on Westgate's list at 30-1, falling precipitously from 8-1 before the move. The Spurs are third at 8-1.
