Cavaliers veteran center Brendan Haywood has vowed to remain active amid speculation that the team is working feverishly to trade him and his $10.5 million non-guaranteed contract.
Haywood told CineSport that if was planning to retire, he wouldn't be working so hard. He said that he would happy to work out with any interested team and that, despite the recent emphasis on small-ball, teams still need rim protectors. Haywood added that money is no longer an issue in his career.
