The Lakers announced Monday they have officially signed Jodie Meeks and Devin Ebanks  to complete their roster.

The 24-year-old Meeks appeared in all 66 games last season for the Sixers, and averaged 37 percent from three as a reserve guard. He brings badly-needed depth at shooting guard for the Lakers, who need someone to spell Kobe Bryant after Bryant logged a huge number of minutes last season.

Ebanks was drafted in 2010 by the Lakers, and appeared in just 24 games last season. The moves complete the Lakers' roster after the trade for Dwight Howard, Chris Duhon, and Earl Clark last week. The Lakers' bench looks improved over last year's dismal unit, and should help in the event that an aging core needs time on the pine.
