Markelle Fultz is the top prospect in this year's NBA Draft. Most projections and early mock drafts have him going No. 1 to the Celtics. However, Danny Ainge has never been one to avoid doing his homework. He'll analyze every potential pick until he's certain the one he's taking is the best available.

Of course, it always helps when the player being drafted already wants to play for the team that is taking him and Fultz wants to make that decision easy for Ainge. Fultz told ESPN that he wants to be the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft.

"I've talked to Danny a few times, and they want to get me to come out there for a visit," Fultz told ESPN on Tuesday. "They just want to get a chance to know me better as a person."

"I want to be the No. 1 pick really bad," Fultz added. "It's been a dream of mine since I was a little kid, and I feel like I would fit well in Boston."

Being the number one pick comes with a lot of pressure that's unlike any other pick in the draft. It's a label that gets attached all the way to the end of a career. Some players embrace that pressure while others choose to just accept it. Fultz sounds like he's ready to embrace it and become a member of the Celtics.

If Ainge chooses to go with Fultz he'll be getting a player that wants to be there, the top prospect, and someone that might have the greatest superstar potential in this year's draft. With all that available it's hard to not see why he doesn't go with Fultz at No. 1. That's if he doesn't trade the pick first.
