While getting traded from the Atlanta Hawks, the team he spent the first part of his career with, must've been hard for Jeff Teague, going to his hometown Indiana Pacers has to be a comforting feeling. Especially since Teague will be able to play in front of his friends and family on a regular basis. Plus, Teague was able to quickly find a place to live in Indianapolis because he is planning on living with his parents.

Teague admitted this in an interview on Fox Sports 97.5 FM in Indianapolis on Wednesday. The Pacers guard explained his living situation to the hosts, telling them that he bought a house in Indianapolis a few years back and since he was living in Atlanta, he gave the house to his parents. And now that he is back in Indianapolis, he is going to just live with his parents for at least one year.

"I bought a home here some years back and when I re-signed back with Atlanta, I just decided that I was going to live in Atlanta." Teauge said. "And I just gave the house to my mom and dad. And now, I sold my house in Atlanta, so I'm moving back. So now I'm gonna live in my old house with my mom and dad."

Ever the good son, Teague isn't making his parents leave their master bedroom as he is planning on living in the basement.

"They got the master," Teague said. "I just got the basement."

Teague will make $8.8 million next season, so he can certainly afford his own place. But home is where the heart is and Teague clearly sounds right at home living in his parents' basement.
