Everyone in Chicago is excited for Tuesday night's return of Derrick Rose, and a longtime resident appears to also be excited. 

So the Prez is excited for the native son to return to the court Tuesday in Miami vs. the Heat. President Obama is a noted basketball fan, often catching Wizards games and joking with Dwyane Wade and LeBron James when they've visited the White House.
