Raptors list Lucas Nogueira, Amir Johnson inactive

Updating a previous item: The Raptors have officially ruled rookie center Lucas Nogueira and power forward Amir Johnson as inactive for Tuesday's game against the Thunder, per the team's official website. Nogueira has yet to play a game this season because of a groin injury, while has missed the last two games after sustaining an ankle injury Saturday against Orlando. Greg Stiemsma (ankle) is active, but his role off the bench remains uncertain.
