The Warriors decided to extend a qualifying offer to center Ognjen Kuzmic on Monday, reports The San Francisco Chronicle.
Kuzmic is now a restricted free agent and the Warriors can match any outside offers. In 16 games last season, Kuzmic averaged 1.2 points and 1.1 rebounds.
