In the second quarter of Game 4 of the NBA Finals, LeBron James attacked the rim only to be fouled by Andrew Bogut. There was nothing malicious about Bogut's foul but James went flying into the cameramen that sit baseline.

LeBron's head directly hit one of the baseline cameras and immediately started bleeding.

James laid out on the court for a few minutes, applying a towel to his head. Once the bleeding stopped, James took his two free-throws and remained in the game.

After Game 4, James spoke about his injury and revealed that he did get stitches, "enough to close up" the wound. "I was just trying to regain my composure. I was holding my head and it was hurting," said James. "The camera cut me pretty bad. It didn't matter what was going on with my head at that point, I had to shoot the free-throws."

James didn't have to go through the NBA's concussion protocol because as he put it, it was just a "slight headache."

That LeBron James is one tough guy.
