Nate Wolters: Signs with Lithuanian team
Wolters agreed to a contract in July with BC Zalgiris of the Lithuanian Basketball League, Dionysis Aravantinos of EuroHoops.net reports.
Wolters appeared in five games with the Jazz last season, marking his first NBA action since the 2014-15 campaign. After getting cut by the Jazz last December, he latched on in the French League and will remain in Europe, this time moving over to a Lithuanian squad. His contract contains an opt-out clause that would allow him to potentially return to North America in 2019-20.

Wolters was with the Jazz on a two-way contract and recently suffered a back injury that kept him out of Thursday's game against the Spurs. Once the point guard clears waivers, he'll likely head back to the G-League where he'll then play full-time.

With Ricky Rubio (Achilles) out, Wolters will be made available to add some insurance to the point guard position Friday night. However, with both Donovan Mitchell and Alec Burks both fully capable of taking on floor-leading duties and Raul Neto still operating as a backup point guard, Wolters likely won't see many minutes against Brooklyn.

Wolters, who's on a two-way contract, has been playing in the G-League for the majority of the season thus far. In four games with the Salt Lake City Stars, he's averaged 14.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.3 steals across 35.8 minutes. He'll get a promotion to the big club ahead of Monday's game against the Timberwolves, though he'll likely just be an emergency depth option in the backcourt and shouldn't see the floor in a competitive contest.

Nate Wolters: To sign two-way deal with Jazz
Wolters is set to sign a two-way contract with the Jazz on Tuesday, Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune reports.
The deal will allow Wolters to vacillate between the Jazz and the D-League this season, though Wolters, a former second-round pick of the Bucks, is unlikely to make much of an impact at the NBA level. After bouncing around between Milwaukee and New Orleans, Wolters spent last season overseas after being waived by the Nuggets following training camp.

Wolters signed a contract Monday with KK Crvena zvezda of the Adriatic League, Sportando reports.
Wolters attended training camp with the Nuggets, but was one of the team's final cuts following the conclusion of the preseason play. With no other NBA teams scooping Wolters up off waivers, the 25-year-old decided to head overseas to continue his career.

Wolters was fourth on the depth chart at point guard behind Emmanuel Mudiay, Jamal Murray and Jameer Nelson, so the odds were always against him making the 15-man roster. The 25-year-old played last season in Serbia and could choose to play overseas again in 2016-17.

Wolters agreed Friday to a contract with the Nuggets, Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reports.
The terms of Wolters' deal aren't fully known, but considering the Nuggets already have 15 guaranteed contracts on the books for next season, it's unlikely the point guard is a serious contender for a roster spot. The 2013 second-round pick spent all of last season in the Turkish Basketball Super League with Besiktas J.K. before joining the Wizards for summer league play in July.

Wolters won't play for the Wizards in Tuesday's Summer League game due to a sore ankle, J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.
It's unclear how serious Wolters' ankle injury is, but if he misses significant time, he could lose his shot at making an NBA roster this season. He's played five games in Orlando for the Pacers, averaging 6.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.2 assists in 21 minutes per game, as well as one game with the Wizards in Las Vegas, for 4.0 points, a rebound and an assist.
