  • Devyn Marble: Signs overseas

Marble has signed a contract to play for Virtus Bologna in Itlay, Keith Smith of Yahoo Sports reports.

Marble posted solid numbers for the G League Warriors this season, averaging 12.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game over 26 appearances (20 starts). He could return to the G League down the road but will take his talents overseas for the remainder of the year and potentially the future as well.

  • Devyn Marble: Dominating outing

Marble added 19 points (8-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block during Friday's win over Long Island.

Marble finished with a terrific offensive outing during the win Friday by pounding the Nets' defense with 19 points across 61.5 percent shooting while being a dominating factor on the glass with a team-high 11 rebounds. Over 12 games played in the G League this year, the Iowa product is averaging 13.1 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.2 steals per contest.

  • Devyn Marble: Leads team with 21

Marble collected 21 points (9-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 0-1 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and one steal during Saturday's win over the Vipers.

Marble started for the first time this season and finished with an outstanding overall effort during the win Saturday, as he lead the team with 21 points over 60 percent shooting from the floor while also grabbing a solid seven boards in 33 minutes. Through seven G League games played, the Iowa product is averaging 14.6 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.4 steals per contest.

  • Devyn Marble: Cut by Golden State

The Warriors waived Marble on Monday.

Marble made just one appearance for the Warriors in the preseason before the organization decided to part ways with him. The 27-year-old, who last appeared in the NBA in the 2015-16 campaign, will presumably begin the upcoming season in the G League or with a foreign club.

  • 76ers' Devyn Marble: Contributes 10 points in SL loss

Marble produced 10 points (2-6 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds and two assists across 24 minutes during the 76ers' 87-75 loss to the Wizards in a Las Vegas Summer League contest Monday.

The 2014 second-round pick is trying to latch on to a training camp invite at a minimum this summer after last having played in the NBA during the 2015-16 campaign with the Magic. Marble has played overseas since that point, most recently averaging 10.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists for Aquila Basket Trento in Italy during the 2016-17 Serie A campaign.

  • Devyn Marble: Signs with Greek club

Marble signed a contract Wednesday with Aris Thessaloniki of the Greek League, international basketball writer David Pick reports.

Marble did little to show he was an NBA-caliber player during his two seasons in the league with the Magic, averaging 2.2 points and 1.4 rebounds in 10.4 minutes per game across 44 appearances while shooting a grisly 30.4 percent from the field. Unless he makes dramatic strides while in Greece, we may have seen the last of Marble at the NBA level.

  • Devyn Marble: Will be waived by Clippers

Marble will be waived Friday before his contract is guaranteed, Dan Woike of the Orange County Register reports.

The Magic were planning on waving Marble themselves before trading him for C.J. Wilcox, and it now looks as if the Clippers will fulfill Marble's destiny, letting him go before his 11:59 p.m. deadline Friday that would guarantee his deal. Marble has struggled in his first two NBA seasons, failing to see much of the floor and be effective when he did. He will likely have a hard time finding a new NBA home this offseason.

  • Clippers' Devyn Marble: Will be traded to the Clippers

Marble, along with a 2020 second-round draft pick, will be traded to the Clippers in exchange for C.J. Wilcox and cash, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

The Magic were reportedly going to waive Marble on Thursday until the prospect of trading for Wilcox came into the picture. Marble may not last long in Los Angeles, as his contract will be nullified by the Clippers if waived by 11:59 p.m. on Friday. If the 6-6 forward does remain with the Clippers, however, he will need to improve offensively if he hopes to see the floor. Marble shot a miserable 30-percent from the field in 2015-16.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Plays season-high 23 minutes in loss

Marble played a season-high 23 minutes and tallied eight points (2-7 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, three assists, and two steals across 23 minutes in Tuesday's 121-108 loss to the Mavericks.

Mario Hezonja received the start at small forward with Evan Fournier (wrist) out for a second straight game, but it was Marble who ended up dominating the minutes, as coach Scott Skiles went away from his starters for much of the second half. It enabled Marble to see his biggest opportunity of the season to date, so it's no surprise he set personal bests in just about every statistical category. Fournier looks doubtful to play in Wednesday's tilt with the Bulls, so if Hezonja struggles early on, Marble could have another shot at seeing extensive minutes once again.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Plays two minutes Friday

Marble did not record a stat in two minutes of action during the Magic's 108-95 loss to the Knicks on Friday.

Marble has appeared in 10 games this season, and he has scored only two points. His track record speaks for itself, and at this point there's really not much reason to consider using Marble in fantasy.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Hasn't played since Jan. 20

Marble (coach's decision) didn't see the floor in Monday's 117-110 overtime triumph over the Hawks.

Marble was active for the contest with both C.J. Watson (calf) and Tobias Harris (ankle) occupying the inactive slots, but as has been a recurring theme this season, his number wasn't called off the bench. The second-year forward hasn't taken the court in the Magic's last 10 games, with his most recent appearance coming Jan. 20 against the 76ers.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Recalled from NBA D-League

Marble was recalled from the D-League's Erie Bayhawks on Sunday, John Denton of OrlandoMagic.com reports.

In his most recent game with the Bayhawks on Saturday, Marble went off for 23 points (9-14 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, and one assist over 24 minutes. He'll move back up to the Magic's active roster, but isn't expected to be part of the regular rotation. He remains a deep reserve option for the Magic.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Moves to D-League

Marble was assigned to the D-League on Friday, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Marble has played a total of just seven minutes with the Magic this season and that number won't likely rise much at all during his second year in the league. At 23 years old, Marble may have trouble staying on the roster by the end of the season.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Back from D-League

Marble was recalled from the D-League on Wednesday.

Marble spent just over three weeks with the Erie BayHawks, averaging 13.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.9 steals and 1.6 assists per game in 32.2 minutes. The former Iowa star has played sparingly in only five games for Orlando this season.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Sent to D-League

Marble was assigned to the Erie BayHawks of the D-League on Monday.

Though Marble played in each of the Magic's last three games, he only saw a combined five minutes, and each contest was decided by at least a nine-point margin, suggesting that he wouldn't normally be a part of coach Scott Skiles' rotation. With that in mind, it's no surprise that the Magic elected to send him to the D-League to pick up some more significant playing time. He'll likely spend a few games with Erie before rejoining the Magic and reprising his role as a deep reserve.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Continues to not see court Wednesday

Marble was unable to see any action in Wednesday's 104-101 win against the Timberwolves.

Marble has only played in two of the Magic's first 12 matchups, and it was for just seven total minutes. His role continues to appear to be very limited if any at all, as he's slotted behind Evan Fournier and Mario Hezonja on the depth chart.

  • Magic's Devyn Marble: Failed to play Monday

Marble was a DNP-CD in Monday's 97-84 loss to the Pacers.

After Marble played in a limited role (13 MPG) in the 2014-15 season for a struggling Orlando team, this season he has had a more more difficult time seeing the court mainly due to an improved Magic roster. Marble just has found himself on the outside of the rotation early on this season and is currently behind Evan Fournier and Mario Hezonja on the depth chart.
