Tuesday's superb performance was Taylor's ninth straight contest in double figures offensively, as the guard also tied a team-high in assists to cap off an impressive outing. The Texas product is currently averaging 15.5 points, 5.8 assists and 3.2 rebounds for Rio Grande Valley this year.

Taylor continued his scorching offensive play into Saturday by touching South Bay with a season-high 24 points across a fantastic 71.4 percent shooting mark from the field. Over Taylor's last three outings, the guard is shooting 60.6 percent overall while averaging 18.3 points per contest.

Taylor added 16 points (7-15 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, two steals and one block in Sunday's narrow loss at Austin.
In 27 minutes off the bench Sunday, Taylor finished second on the Vipers in scoring, only behind Chris Clemons' 41-point outburst, as well as many other statistical contributions to cap off a solid performance. In three G League appearances this year, the Texas product is dropping 9.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists per outing.

Taylor, undrafted out of Texas in 2016, has played 71 career games between Houston and Atlanta. He's averaged 6.3 points, 2.9 assists and 1.4 rebounds across 17.2 minutes. Taylor will fight for a reserve point guard role in Toronto.

Taylor (leg) could be out for up to one month, Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com reports.
Taylor was fighting for one of the final spots on Cleveland's 15-man roster, but after a CT scan revealed a stress fracture in left leg Thursday, that spot is now in jeopardy. Whether or not Taylor will be awarded a spot on the Cavaliers' roster should be revealed at some point next week.

Taylor suffered a stress fracture in his left leg, Spencer Davies of Basketball Insiders reports.
Taylor will undergo testing and rehab for the injury and his return date will be determined over the next several days. It seems unlikely that undrafted guard out of Texas will play in Friday's preseason finale against the Pistons. Look for more updates on his status to come throughout the next week.

Cavaliers' Isaiah Taylor: To join Cavs
Taylor agreed to a one-year contract with the Cavaliers on Thursday, Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports reports.
Taylor, undrafted out of Texas in 2016, got his first real stab at NBA action last season with the Hawks. He appeared in 67 games for the team, including nine starts, averaging 6.6 points and 3.1 assists. He'll be behind Collin Sexton, George Hill and likely Jordan Clarkson on Cleveland's depth chart, so it will be tough for Taylor to garner consistent rotational minutes.

Taylor was waived by the Hawks on Saturday, KL Chouinard of the Hawks' official site reports.
After a four game stint with the Rockets his rookie season, Taylor suited up for 67 games with the Hawks this past year including nine starts. He averaged 6.6 points and 3.1 assists across 17.4 minutes. The Hawks are in rebuilding mode, and apparently Taylor was not in their plans, so he will now look for a new opportunity.

Hawks' Isaiah Taylor: Scores 12 points in loss
Taylor scored 12 points (5-18 FG, 0-3 3PT, 2-2 FT) to go with two rebounds, seven assists and one steal in 30 minutes during Friday's 101-91 loss to Philadelphia.
Making his third straight start, Taylor once again scored in double-figures. However, the guard was less than efficient on Friday, shooting 5-of-18 for 27.3 percent. His 18 field goal attempts were a career-high. Taylor should have an extended run in the starting lineup with Dennis Schroder (ankle) being ruled out for the remaining six games of the regular season. He will look to extend his run of double-digit scoring performances against Orlando on Sunday.

Hawks' Isaiah Taylor: Scores 20 points Wednesday
Taylor scored 20 points (6-11 FG, 0-1 3PT, 8-9 FT) to go with two rebounds, eight assists and two steals in 29 minutes during Wednesday's 126-114 loss to Minnesota.
In the second of back-to-back starts, Taylor eclipsed the 20 point mark once again. The guard was an efficient 54.5 percent from the floor while sinking a career-high 8-of-9 free throws Wednesday. Starting in three out of the last four games, Taylor has found a rhythm offensively, averaging 16.7 points while playing 26.7 minutes per night. However, this run may come to an end with Dennis Schroder (ankle) possibly returning to the lineup as early as Friday against Philadelphia. If not, Taylor will have at least one more start to add to run of impressive scoring performances.
