The Bucks waived Wigginton on Sunday. Milwaukee opened up two of its three two-way slots by cutting loose Wigginton and center Marques Bolden. Wigginton has been with the Bucks organization since the 2021-22 season, making him a strong candidate to stick with the franchise's G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd, upon clearing waivers. The 25-year-old appeared in just three games at the NBA level in 2023-24.... See More ... See Less

Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Paces Herd in points
Wigginton notched 21 points (7-14 FG, 2-6 3PT, 4-5 FT), three rebounds and two assists over 29 minutes of Thursday's 137-108 loss to Motor City. While Wisconsin found itself on the wrong end of a blowout, Wigginton managed to produce a strong stat line. He led the Herd in points and failed to record a single turnover in the contest.... Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Moves to bench
Wigginton isn't in the starting lineup for Tuesday's preseason game against the Grizzlies, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. Wigginton will be replaced by Cameron Payne in the starting five Tuesday. Once Damian Lillard (rest) returns to the lineup, Wigginton is unlikely to receive much playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Likely suiting up Tuesday
Wigginton (undisclosed) is expected to play in Tuesday's Summer League game against the Nets, Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Wigginton and AJ Green (undisclosed) are both expected to make their Summer League debuts Tuesday. Wigginton made four appearances for the Bucks in 2022-23.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Won't play Friday
Wigginton won't play in Friday's Summer League game against the Nuggets due to an undisclosed reason, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. AJ Green (undisclosed) will also be unavailable, but it's possible both players are simply resting the first half of a back-to-back set and will be available for Saturday's game against the Suns in Las Vegas. If available, Wigginton, who starred for the Wisconsin Herd in the G League last year, should have a sizable role for Milwaukee's Summer League squad.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Drops back to bench role
Wigginton will appear off the bench Sunday versus the Raptors. Wigginton impressed in a rare start Friday, but he'll move to the bench with Jevon Carter playing and receiving the starting nod at point guard. Even with the move, the Bucks may limit Carter's workload which would afford Wigginton a decent amount of action.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Career-best performance Friday
Wigginton logged 25 points (10-20 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, 11 assists and one block over 41 minutes during Friday's 137-114 loss to the Grizzlies. Wigginton had the best game of his life Friday, putting up career-high numbers in points, assists, rebounds and three-pointers. Having secured the top spot in the East, the Bucks opted to rest all of their starters, something that could repeat itself Sunday. If that is the case, Wigginton is certainly someone to consider adding as a final-day flier.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Starting Friday
Wigginton is starting at point guard for Friday's game against the Grizzlies. The Bucks are opting to rest all their regular starters and some role players, so Wigginton will be a prime beneficiary. As a result, look for him to see a healthy workload.... See More ... See Less -

Bucks' Lindell Wigginton: Gets two-way deal from Milwaukee
Wigginton signed a two-way contract with the Bucks on Tuesday. The 6-foot-1 guard will fill the two-way spot vacated by center Sandro Mamukelashvili, whom Milwaukee waived last week. Wigginton previously signed a two-way deal with the Bucks last January and appeared in 10 regular-season games for the team before being waived in October. Wigginton had since been playing for the Bucks' G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd, with whom he's averaged 18.6 points, 5.8 assists and 3.9 rebounds in 33.5 minutes per game over 35 appearances (18 starts) in 2022-23.... With the Fort Wayne Mad Ants' acquisition of Jordan Bone and AJ Green being part of an NBA roster again, Wigginton is expected to excel for a Herd team that does not have as many scoring options as before.... Wigginton has averages of 22.6 points and 6.1 assists across his eight G League games.... See More ... See Less -
Lindell Wigginton: Out due to injury
Wigginton sat out the Herd's 127-118 win against Westchester on Wednesday because of an undisclosed injury. Frank Madden@fmaddenNBA14D agoThread: Bucks' biggest existential question is future of Brook Lopez ($23M expiring). Even at 36, he kept their D afloat this season: 8.1 pts/100 better with him on vs. off, 111 DRTG when he played with Giannis (87th %), 121 DRTG when he sat (13th %). Ultimate teammate.
