| Meachem shakes off injury: New Orleans WR Robert Meachem registered three catches for only 18 yards during the Saints' 36-32 loss to San Francisco in their NFC Divisional Playoff game on Saturday. Meachem posted four targets from QB Drew Brees as he briefly left the game in the second half. Meachem, who was listed as probable for the game with a leg injury, limped to the locker room during the third quarter before returning for the rest of the contest. (Updated 01/14/2012) |

| Meachem's performance was a far cry from his outing a week ago when he finished with 111 yards and a touchdown in a victory over Detroit. He was supposed to receive more looks with WR Lance Moore sidelined with an injury, but his own issue appeared to limit his production on Saturday. Fantasy owners should keep an eye for any lingering effects of an injury, but he is not considered a worthwhile WR option in most 2012 drafts. (Updated 01/14/2012). |
