Rene Bourque spent portions of the season in the press box and had just nine goals and 16 points in what was the least productive season of his NHL career. So how do you make people forget about an ugly stat line like that? You score a pretty goal in the playoffs.

With the Canadiens up 1-0 in the second period, Bourque picked took a pass from Thomas Vanek in the neutral zone and went to work.

Canadiens highlights are a little more fun when they're in French, if you ask me.

The big forward exploded through the defense, splitting both Tampa defenders and giving himself a clear lane to the net. Lightning goalie Anders Lindback made a futile attempt at a poke check as Bourque calmly pushed the puck into the newly-open bottom right corner of the net.

That was a huge goal for the Habs as their defense was infinitely tighter in Game 2 to that point, giving that insurance goal a little extra meaning.

The Habs have gotten some big goals from some unlikely places in this series so far, which is always an added bonus this time of year.
