At this point, scoring series-clinching goals for the Blackhawks in overtime is almost old hat for Patrick Kane.

He won the Stanley Cup in 2010 with an awkward winner in Philadelphia and last postseason he eliminated the Kings by capping his hat trick with a winner in the second overtime. He added to the list of vanquished OT opponents by scoring in OT to end the Wild's season on Tuesday.

Kane was mic'd up and his reaction was one of a guy who has done this a few times. He knew the puck was in and made sure the officials did too. Then he just laughed, almost like "I can't believe I just did it again" before screaming when his teammates arrived for the congratulatory group hug.

It's not quite "I love shinpads!" but pretty good nonetheless.

Kane was still wearing the microphone when he went through the handshake line and had a few nice comments in there for some of the Wild. He correctly notified Erik Haula he's very fast, told Jared Spurgeon he's going to be one heck of a player and let Mike Yeo know what he thought of the team.
