Simmons went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI and a run during Sunday's win over Houston.
The shortstop is turning in his best fantasy campaign since hitting 17 home runs as a sophomore in 2013. Simmons has a respectable .278 batting average and .336 on-base percentage with six homers, 28 RBI, eight stolen bases and 27 runs. Those are serviceable numbers in deep settings, and Simmons has been especially solid since mid-May, posting an .886 OPS through his past 29 games. It's also worth noting that he's locked into the daily lineup, having started 65 of 66 games this season.
