Morin (neck) will face hitters Tuesday and go on a rehab assignment if all goes well, Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register reports.
Morin is still on pace to return by the end of the month. That said, Morin posted an 8.10 ERA prior to going on the disabled list, and it's possible he will be sent to the minors upon his return from injury.
