Triggs appears set to begin the season as Oakland's No. 4 starter after Jesse Hahn struggled again Saturday, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Triggs has a 5.06 ERA this spring but a solid 12:2 K:BB in 16 innings. Triggs will try to carry over momentum from the 2.78 ERA, 0.71 WHIP and 21:1 K:BB he showed in his last five starts last year.
