Blue Jays' Brandon Cumpton: Sent down to Buffalo

Cumpton was optioned to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday.

Cumpton will head right back down to the Triple-A level after joining the team earlier this week. He was cast off the active roster in order to make room for Kevin Pillar (collarbone), who was activated from the 10-day DL in a corresponding move.
