Coghlan is back in the lineup Wednesday, batting seventh and playing left field.
The veteran outfielder had missed the past couple games with back spasms but appears ready to return after some rest. Serving in a reserve utility role, Coghlan is slashing .231/.318/.333 over 39 at-bats this month and takes over for the resting Kevin Pillar on Wednesday.
