Zeuch was placed on the 7-day DL with an undisclosed injury Monday at High-A Dunedin, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.
The Jays' first-round pick in 2016 had a 3.23 ERA with a ridiculous 61.1 percent ground ball rate over 53 innings before hitting the shelf. Zeuch's 7.1 K/9 is sound, but his potential far exceeds that mark. If an injury diagnosis doesn't surface, his DL label may just be a way to manage the 21-year-old's innings.
