Garcia (hand) is available to pinch hit Wednesday night against the Phillies, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.
Garcia injured a knuckle on his left hand swinging in the ninth inning of Tuesday's game, but it seems like the injury is minor and his absence from Wednesday's contest is precautionary. Of course, his availability heading into Thursday's bout should become clearer as that game's start time approaches, but Rio Ruiz will fill in for him as long as he's out.
