Braves pitcher Chris Withrow (elbow) is expected to be fully healthy by the start of spring training, David O'Brien of the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.

Withrow missed the entire 2015 season after undergoing Tommy John surgery in June of 2014, but he'll now have a full offseason to go through his normal routine.

The 26-year-old was a solid option out of the bullpen for the Dodgers when healthy, and he'll try to establish himself as a late inning option now for the Braves next season.
