Thames (illness) is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Padres.
This marks the third game in a row that Thames will miss while being under the weather. It seemed like there was a chance he could've returned for Wednesday's contest, so a Thursday return isn't out of the question at this point. Jesus Aguilar will man first base in his stead once more.
