Garza (chest) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Wednesday.
Garza was already slated to miss his next scheduled start Thursday, but this is the final nail in the coffin. His injury doesn't seem like anything that will keep him out for an extended period of time, although his upcoming bullpen sessions will likely determine his availability to pitch the next time his turn comes around on June 14. Travis Shaw was activated from the paternity list to fill the newly vacant roster spot, although Paolo Espino seems to be in line to start in Garza's place Thursday.
