Shaw went 2-for-5 with a run scored and a stolen base in Wednesday's victory over the Reds.
Shaw's batting averaged dipped to .243 prior to a day off Monday, but five hits in the two games since has brought that mark back up to .274. He has taken advantage of the hitters in front of him in the batting order getting on base frequently early this season and is currently tied for 10th in the NL with 18 RBI.
