I've talked a lot in this article about how we generally overstate the likelihood of a rainout. I've tried to largely ignore weather unless it looked really bad. Well, tonight we find ourselves in the gray area with the top pitcher of the night.

Matt Harvey ($11,200) at home against the Rockies is my preference over Madison Bumgarner ($11,900) against the Astros. You may get scared off by the Rockies numbers vs. RHP, but they are a mediocre offense on the road. The Astros are just too explosive for my liking, and Bumgarner hasn't been any more reliable than Harvey as of late.

I plan on rolling with Harvey unless we get close to lock and the weather continues to look ominous.

In tournaments, I love Carlos Martinez ($9,700) and Carlos Carrasco ($9,800). Both pitchers have huge strikeout potential and are favorites at home. I'd also consider Taijuan Walker ($6,900) at home against the Orioles. Walker has flashed ace potential, but be beware that he's just as likely to get run in five innings.

It's not original, but you really can't go wrong with the Diamondbacks or Blue Jays. David Peralta ($3,700) and Troy Tulowitzki ($4,300) are my favorite players from that game, but the key may be finding the sub $3,000 players. Jake Lamb ($2,500) performed very well last night and Ender Inciarte ($2,700) should be back in the lineup as well. They should both rake against David Buchanan.

Ben Revere ($2,300) and Chris Colabello ($2,800) are the cheaper options in the Blue Jays lineup. I wouldn't rank them as high as either option in Arizona, but they're nice contrarian tournament options. Revere has struggled with the Jays, but hitting in front of Tulo and Donaldson provides a great opportunity.

At catcher, I love John Jaso ($2,600) against Williams Perez. Perez has allowed a .378 wOBA to lefties this year, so keep an eye on the Rays lineup for any other lefties that may be hitting in the top six in the order.
