Corbin gave up three runs (two earned) on seven hits and a pair of walks over four innings in Tuesday's loss to the Giants. He struck out only a single batter.

Once one of the more promising arms around, Corbin's seen his career derailed by Tommy John surgery, and he really hasn't come all the way back yet. Last season's 5.15 ERA and 1.56 WHIP over 155.2 innings speak volumes about how badly the lefty struggled, and he's off to a similarly poor start this year. Poor control and hittability were huge issues for him last season, so it's disturbing that he showed both off in his first start of the new campaign.
