Mariners' Joe Wieland: Outrighted to Triple-A

Wieland cleared waivers and has been outrighted to Triple-A Tacoma, Bob Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Wieland was sent down Friday following the team's activation of Steve Cishek from the DL.
