Lugo (1-0) allowed just a single run on six hits and two walks while striking out six batters during Sunday's win over Atlanta.
An elbow injury held Lugo out of action until this point, but he showed absolutely no rust in his season debut Sunday. The 27-year-old righty posted an impressive 2.67 ERA and 1.09 WHIP through eight starts last year, so he is definitely on the fantasy radar. Lugo should remain in the rotation for the foreseeable future and projects to face the Nationals in his next start.
