Drew exited Tuesday's game against the Cardinals early after appearing to grab his right leg while running to first base, Jorge Castillo of the Washington Post reports.
It's currently unclear what exactly happened, but Drew appeared to come up a bit gimpy while attempting to beat out a groundball. An update on his condition should become available following Tuesday's contest. The 34-year-old was replaced by Anthony Rendon at third base.
