Flaherty went 0-for-4, dropping his average to .150 on the year, in Sunday's contest against the White Sox.

A favorite of manager Buck Showalter, the veteran utility man is off to a career-worst start. He's played in just nine games, including the team's last two, and is just 3-for-20 with a disappointing .411 OPS. Flaherty's never been a fantasy stud, but his position eligibility has made him roster-worthy in deep formats in the past. That is not the case in 2017, and for now, the 30-year-old is best left on waivers across the large majority of the fantasy universe.
