The Padres have claimed left-handed pitcher Eury De La Rosa from the Dodgers and optioned him to their Triple-A affiliate. The team also transferred right-handed pitcher Josh Johnson from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day.
Johnson, who has been dealing with an elbow injury, has not pitched yet this season. He threw a 32-pitch bullpen session on May 15, the first time he threw off a mound since a simulated game on April 28.
