Pirates' Drew Hutchison: Recalled from Triple-A

Hutchison was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday, Travis Sawchik of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.

The 26-year-old did not fare particularly well upon arrival to Indy from Triple-A Buffalo, posting a 4.50 ERA and 1.44 WHIP in seven appearances (six starts). Hutchison may make a spot start or two down the stretch and will likely compete for a spot in the rotation in spring training, but he is not scheduled to start a game for Pittsburgh in the immediate future.
