Harrison will join Team USA for the World Baseball Classic, replacing the injured Matt Carpenter (back), Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports.

Harrison has certainly earned the honor, emerging as one of the best utility players in the National League. The 29-year-old contributed a career-high 59 RBI and 19 stolen bases last season while batting .283 over 131 games.
