Rangers' Nick Martinez: Will be recalled and start Tuesday

Martinez will be recalled from Triple-A Round Rock and get the start against Oakland on Tuesday, Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

It will be Martinez's first start since July 4, when he was rocked for six runs and 11 hits in a loss to the Red Sox. The right-hander has a 6.45 ERA in six major league appearances this season, but has dominated Oakland over his last three starts, posting a 2-0 record and a 0.92 ERA. At least for the time being, Martinez is the rotation replacement for Kyle Lohse, who had an unimpressive 12.54 ERA in two starts.
