Pedroia (knee) is back in the lineup Thursday against the Yankees, batting leadoff and playing second base, Evan Drellich of CSN New England reports.
Pedroia had been out since Saturday due to a knee issue, but it seems like he's back to 100 percent just in time for the conclusion of Boston's series with New York. He'll reassume his perch atop the lineup, moving Xander Bogaerts back down to the six-hole.
