Bradley is batting second Saturday against the Astros with Dustin Pedroia getting the day off.
Manager John Farrell wanted to put a lefty in between righties Mookie Betts and Xander Bogaerts, but this is likely just a one-time deployment, as Pedroia typically occupies the second spot in the order. That said, Bradley, who is hitting .341/.382/.619, with six homers and two steals, certainly deserves to be batting high in the lineup whenever possible.
