Reds reliever Manny Parra, has been on the disabled list since late April with a neck injury, struck out the side in his minor-league rehab outing for Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday. Parra logged in one inning of work. It remains to be seen how many outings he'll need before he is activated from the disabled list.
