Garcia will pitch Game 2 of the NLDS, Benjamin Hochman of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Garcia will battle with Met's righty Noah Syndergaard in Game 2 of the NLDS on Saturday. The 29-year-old was excellent this year, posting a 2.43 ERA and 1.05 WHIP in 129.2 innings this year, however he give up two runs in seven innings during his only start against the Mets this year. Considering that start was all the way back on May 21, fantasy owners shouldn't take much stock in that outcome with both teams changing dramatically since Garcia last faced the Mets.
