Saladino will get a last minute start at second base in Friday's matchup with the Twins, Phil Miller of the Star Tribune reports.
Saladino was placed in the lineup due to Todd Frazier being a late scratch. Frazier was replaced by Tyler Saladino at third, which subsequently made room for Sanchez at second. He will bat ninth in the order.
