Covington recorded 20 points (7-11 FG, 6-9 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists, and two steals across 32 minutes during the 76ers' 122-95 loss to the Raptors on Monday.

While the 76ers were blown out, Covington made excellent box score contributions. The 6-9 forward's stingy defense helped slow the Raptors' DeMar DeRozan, who finished with just 14 points on 13 field-goal attempts. On the other end, Covington was dialed in, draining a season-high six three-pointers. Even on nights when he isn't feeling it offensively, which have been the norm in the early part of 2016-17, Covington's defensive versatility and ability usually earn him a plethora of minutes.
