Ntilikina has been high on Phill Jackson's list for quite some time, and once again the Knicks go overseas with their first pick. While his highlights from the French Basketball League are impressive, the Belgian is widely considered to be a developmental pick who will have little impact as a rookie unless something earth-shattering happens to Derrick Rose.
