Brewer supplied nine points (4-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds and one steal over 19 minutes in Sunday's 125-120 loss to the Cavaliers.

The veteran hasn't had much chance to make an impact in Los Angeles since arriving at the trade deadline, but he was able to achieve a near-double-double Sunday. The 31-year-old's scoring total equaled his best in a Lakers uniform, while the rebounding total was his highest since joining the team. Brewer seems to have a modest but fairly consistent role on the second unit, as he's played between 10 and 22 minutes in all but two of his 12 games with the Lakers.
