Vucevic supplied 16 points (7-16 FG, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds and one block across 28 minutes in a 107-79 loss to the Spurs on Wednesday.

Playing their first game without Serge Ibaka, who was traded away to the Raptors on Tuesday, Vucevic was the unquestioned alpha dog on the offensive end, leading the team in both scoring and shot attempts. Despite the quality stat line, Vucevic's defensive deficiencies were apparent when he was matching up with the Spurs' LaMarcus Aldridge at one point in the contest, as Aldridge easily outmaneuvered the slow-footed Vucevic. Now 21-37 on the season, the Magic could look to sell off some of their other pieces as the Feb. 23 trade deadline approaches, but it's unclear if many teams have overwhelming interest in Vucevic with the trade market flooded with available centers. Assuming Vucevic remains in Orlando after the deadline, he should be a steady source of double-doubles in the final month and a half of the season.
