Nelson (wrist) is considered doubtful to play Monday versus Brooklyn, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.

Nelson admitted last week that he's dealing with serious discomfort in his sprained left wrist, but the team has been hesitant to rule him out for more than one game at a time. At this point, it would seemingly make sense for Nelson to be held out until after the All-Star break, but there is still a chance he could play before Denver's break begins Thursday. Following Monday's contest, the Nuggets play in Detroit on Wednesday, followed by eight consecutive days off.
