Nuggets' Jameer Nelson: Out for Monday's game

Nelson will not play Monday against Portland due to a lower back strain, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.

Nelson injured his back in the Nuggets last game and will miss Monday's game. It's not clear how long the injury will impact Nelson but he should for the time being be considered day to day, with his first chance to return being Wednesday against Milwaukee. In the guards absence look for Randy Foye and Emmanuel Mudiay to pick up his minutes.
